Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

2048 Fusion Tiles (the “App”) is developed by Thinkzle (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information is handled when you use the App on iOS, iPadOS or Android.

2. Data stored on your device

The App saves the following locally on your device so you can pick up where you left off:

• The current board and score, and your best score
• Game statistics (for example games played and best tile)
• Daily Challenge completion
• Your in-app settings

This information never leaves your device through us. We have no servers that receive it and no way to access it.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App is free and supported by banner and optional rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob. To show, cap, and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process information such as:

• Device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID; on iOS, the App does not request tracking permission, so the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) is not made available to Google
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Device type, operating system, language and app information
• Ad interactions (impressions, taps, rewarded ad completion)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you may be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change that choice in the App's settings where available.

4. Leaderboards

If you choose to use leaderboards, the App submits your score to:

• Apple Game Center on iOS and iPadOS — governed by Apple's Privacy Policy
• Google Play Games on Android — governed by the Google Privacy Policy

Your player name and scores are handled by Apple or Google and may be visible to other players according to your Game Center or Play Games settings. We do not receive your account details.

5. Sharing your score

When you tap Share, the App creates an image or text of your result and opens your device's share sheet. What you share, and with whom, is entirely your choice; we do not receive a copy.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will help.

7. Your choices & rights

• Ad personalization (Android): Settings → Privacy → Ads lets you reset or delete your advertising ID.
• Ad personalization (iOS): Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising controls Apple's ad personalization; tracking is not requested by the App.
• Leaderboards: you can sign out of Game Center or Google Play Games at any time.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. Because we don't hold personal data about you, requests about ad data are best directed to Google; we're happy to help either way.

We do not sell or share your personal information for money.

8. Retention & deletion

Game data stays on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. Data held by Google (AdMob, Play Games) or Apple (Game Center) is retained under their respective policies.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how the App handles information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the App's release notes.
